2026 ATOS Convention Story

In most cases, past ATOS Conventions are documented from planned perspectice in a booklet with information about the venues, the artists and other events planned for the week. Most year’s then appears a story in the ATOS Journal with past event coverage from the perspective of those that attended the event, telling others what occurred during the activities.
The goal for this set of webpages is designed to accomplish several of the above goals, along with telling a little bit about what went into creating the event. Here’s a high level review of the RTOS website’s 2026 ATOS Convention activities.
Event Promotional Documents – The three items were produced to advertise and promote as well as document the activities. The website was created to constitute the contents of the event booklet and is not be preserved, since the booklet and the website’s contents are identical.
The two buttons below provide access to the printed schedule as well as the convention digital booklet.
Since the digital booklet contains a review of the venues, artists and instruments, this website review will not repeat this material.
This website review, however, contains several types of information related to the week’s activities, including:
Planning the Convention – With the 2026 ATOS Convention becoming the second one conducted by RTOS, a page has been created that chronicles at a high level the three-year efforts required to create the event with less than 10 RTOS people, until the event’s presentation. (See the Volunteer’s and Contributors for a full list of those that make the event possible.)
Convention Creation – Base upon the planning over a two year period, this page provide a quick summary of the vital decisions needed such as artist contracting, material preparations, final budgeting and commitment to have the event.
Logo Creation – What seems a relatively minor effort, this page tells the story of the logos creation, showing a process and the cooperative efforts that were employed to create the event.
Convention Schedule – Based upon as part of the planning efforts, a schedule evolved and is defined on this page. It documents the schedule page of the website, summarizes each days activities and provides links to individual pages dedicated to present photographs for the activities.

Daily Photo Reviews – A series of dedicated pages provides a summary in photographs of each performer’s appearance.
If you click on the day/date below, it will take you to the webpage summary for that day.
Convention, After It All – This page is designed to credit all of those volunteers and contributores that help to make the convention happen. Most probably, some have been missed, however, note the breath of resources that need to be employed to make the week be a success.
